Why is the Earth considered to be in the Goldilocks zone?

The Goldilocks zone, also known as the habitable zone, is the range of distance from a star where the conditions are just right for liquid water to exist on the surface of a planet. The Earth is considered to be in the Goldilocks zone around our sun, which is why it is the only known planet in our solar system capable of supporting life. This composition creates a greenhouse effect that helps regulate the planet's temperature and make it suitable for life. This tilt is responsible for the changing seasons, which provide a variety of conditions for life to adapt to. The presence of oceans also helps to regulate the climate by absorbing and releasing heat, which prevents extreme temperature fluctuations. Overall, the combination of Earth's distance from the sun, atmospheric conditions, and stable climate make it an ideal candidate for supporting life.
